### Describe the enhancement requested While reading the docs on partitioned pyarrow parquet reading/writing, I found the [write_to_dataset](https://arrow.apache.org/docs/dev/python/generated/pyarrow.parquet.write_to_dataset.html) docs a bit lacking in terms of cross-references to other parts of the docs (e.g. direct links to `Partitioning`, or `pyarrow.dataset.partitioning`) FYI I created this ticket because I already started with PR #43818 which was flagged as non-minor and I should create a issue first ### Component(s) Documentation, Parquet, Python -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
