Daniel,

Manually deleting event data is very tricky, as parts of the data are
linked from several different tables, so I wouldn't recommend it, as you
could end up orphaning records that would never be purged in the future.
There are purge functions that may be able to do what you are looking
for more automatically, such as marking the events you don't want as
'cleared' and then purging all cleared events, or manually changing the
date stamp on the events to some very old date, like 1/1/1989 and then
purging anything older than 1990.
