You have probably got that install all screwed up. Just because you could not get the Console working you trashed everything and went back to a 1 month old tape?? From the limited info you have given I think that was a big mistake. You may indeed have license issues but you may also be having encryption key issues too. Unless your database has collected some priceless traffic, I would uninstall all ISS apps and start over. You could have RSSP reinstalled within 30-60 minutes and be done with it. Then just start with a fresh database. Your existing NS and SS systems should check in if you do it right.
