Keith, Your console is likely to be "too new". I'd suggest you reinstall the console from the Deployment Manager and go through the updates.

I am currently using 4.1 of the deployment application and I need help on trying to figure out what is going on. I went out to your site and downloaded the newest client but it still will not work.
