Voting on the PHP License Update RFC has closed, and the RFC passes with 51 Yes, 0 No, and 2 Abstain. I have rebased the following PRs to implement these changes in php-src and web-php, and they are ready to merge: I have also opened the following PR on the policies repository. This was something Tim suggested in the discussion thread:
