Hi Jim, It should not make a difference that you are using a demo. What version of InterMapper server and InterMapper RemoteAccess are you using? I assume you are logged on to IMRA as an admin user, since you are able to import probe files?
Clicking an InterMapper server in the Map List will select it. As Frank mentioned, simply opening a map and using the File > Import > MIB command should work. What happens when you run InterMapper on the server and try the same import command? Is it still grayed out? It should be said that for this investigation I downloaded the demo version of the remote client. Should that make a difference?
