Hi, In this case the answer is: You need to have commercial license also for the Qt tools such as the Qt Design Studio you use in development of commercially licensed Qt application as mixing commercial and open-source Qt (including tools) is not allowed as described in 3.4 (viii) of the commercial license agreement.
