Two problems here: 1) you're using GStreamer 0.10. That was initially released in 2005 and stopped being supported in 2013. You're 6 years out of date. Upgrade. 2) your installation of GStreamer is broken. You need to install it properly. Since you need to do this anyway, upgrade.
