I cannot find anything about it in the config docs at https://doc.qt.io/qtinstallerframework/ifw-globalconfig.html
But looking at the patch that added a UUID to the registry uninstall key (https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/104183/2//ALL), it seems it checks for a "ProductUUID" config key, so try setting that to an fixed UUID.
