You mean to work with: http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtextblockformat.html#setLineHeight http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtextblockformat.html#LineHeightTypes-enum -> QTextBlockFormat::ProportionalHeight1This sets the spacing proportional to the line (in percentage).
