Please open a bug with details on bugreports.qt.io. Especially a backtrace with 
symbol information and a small demo app would be appreciated.

Can I assume that client and server were written with Qt?

This is not really an Android program. The problem needs to be solved on the 
Windows/client side and if it is using Qt I would like to get a bug report too.
