I am not seeing any run-time-crashing or build issues under iOS. I just made a release for iOS with Qt 5.6.2 Xcode 8.0, under OS X 10.11.6. I have no crashes reported from testers.

I had an issue where I had to manually edit something to make Xcode 8/0 happy with Qt5.6.1. I am no longer seeing this. Are you sure Qt 5.6.2 is being called rather than an older Qt 5.6.* ?
