The change log won't update much as long as its TP.

The main reason for remaining TP is to keep the option of adjusting the API 
open towards Qt 5.8. If 5.7 would have been final then 5.8 could not make 
incompatible API changes either anymore. This was necessary since the time 
difference between the first 5.6 release and the first 5.7 release was too 
short for review and feedback collection. There are some incompatible public 
header differences between Qt 5.6 and 5.7 already and Qt 5.8 has some as well.
