Local mirror of the Online version - Yes it's work :-) And then you can use standard QtSDK online installer with small configuration.
What OS are you using?Most computers are using Linux (Ubuntu 14.04) and Windows (7), a small amount are MacOS.

It works for me and it can be useful to the community as well. I do not have time to write detailed instructions now, but I think Qt wiki - it's a good place for such a description. If this article don't exists, I will try to write it in the near future.
