Since the maintenance tool is missing the repos, I downloaded the online installer for OSX and ran it. I wanted to install the sources. I selected the sources, accepted the license, then they downloaded. The download bar got to 50% and stopped. Install and Go Back were grey.
I had to click the Show details button, then the extraction started.
