Oh, I must have been confused. I thought they were talking about integration with Unity3D (the games engine).
Is that not possible? -----Original Message----- From: interest-bounces+ozemale=ozemail.com...@qt-project.org [mailto:interest-bounces+ozemale=ozemail.com...@qt-project.org] On Behalf Of Thiago Macieira Sent: Tuesday, September 1, 2015 8:17 AM To: interest@qt-project.org Subject: Re: [Interest] Qt integration with Unity? Unity installs a plugin for Qt (platformtheme plugin) that redirects some of the X11 calls into those specific to Unity. Though I think the systray (notification) integration is now moved into Qt's own XCB plugin, with no need for the platformtheme plugin to do it. I also think Ubuntu carries patches to Qt that redirect some of the functionality. Those patches have been responsible for breaking some Qt applications -- for example, some were shown with no menu bar, either inside the window or Mac-style in the top bar. -- Thiago Macieira - thiago.macieira (AT) intel.com Software Architect - Intel Open Source Technology Center _______________________________________________ Interest mailing list Interest@qt-project.org http://lists.qt-project.org/mailman/listinfo/interest _______________________________________________ Interest mailing list Interest@qt-project.org http://lists.qt-project.org/mailman/listinfo/interest
