Dear Qt Company And Bogdan Vatra: I just installed and ran a qt5.5.0 app on a 1st generation kindle fire Android 2.x and it works very well!
All the GUI artifacts from qt5.4.x on Andriod Lollipop seem to be addressed as well. And I was thinking that older devices were not going to work very well, only Kit Kat 4.x+.
