I don't think so. You created a task whose description is "QT 47450 NOT Fixed". So you knew what the right task was, but chose not to use it. Sometimes I get it that people create a new task to report that a bug thought to be fixed really isn't. They think that comments on closed tasks are not reacted to. They are, but I understand that people unfamiliar with our bug tracking might think that. This is not the case here. QTBUG-47450 was open at the time you created your task. So you deliberately created a new task to talk about an existing, open task.
