My other device, an iPhone 5c can debug on *both* Qt Creator and Xcode with no issues.
The iPad device only debugs on Xcode. Qt Creator displays iPad device current state as “Ready to use”. However the Qt Creator debug buttons do not turn green? I remove iPad, plug in iPhone 5C, buttons turn green and all is happy. If it was a provisioning thing, I would assume Xcode would not debug on it. What could it be?
