The answer is that we're very hopeful for Clang on Windows, but at this time it's a totally unknown quality and you should expect it to be pre-alpha quality on the compiler side. On Qt's side, it's *completely* untested and untried. That won't come until Clang on Windows matures a little more. If you wish to help us bring this feature faster, join us on the development mailing list and post your success stories and failure cases.
