I'd think that it would depend on what your executables do, and how they work together to figure out what a useful GUI to combine them in would look like. Indeed, a dropbox with four executablenames doesn't seem all that useful. However, that is not really a Qt question at all, Qt is just a technology you might use to realize whatever you come up with.
