If Ubuntu follows Debian packaging as much as I think, we are not shipping the Luxi fonts because they are not DFSG-compatible and Adobe's Utopia fonts because of mostly the same thing, they do not allow modification (although I have heard lately that Adobe opened some of their fonts lately, maybe we can review that).
