Hello, Is there a way to make Qt use freetype+fontconfig on OS X, instead of (I suppose) CoreText? The Qt 5.4 configure step actually seems to check for those libraries, but then doesn't appear to use them, while Qt 4 prints "no-freetype" in the configuration summary.
Rationale: I have the Infinality patches installed, and bohoomil's collection of fontconfig conf files, and the resulting quality exceeds that of OS X's own font rendering. I also guess/hope that not using the CoreText API will address the issues I'm seeing with medium-weight fonts being "normalised" to either regular or (more often) bold weights.
