Hi, is it possible to use Live-TV (e.g. DVB-S) on Linux using QtMultimedia and QtQuick? I guess that would involve Video4Linux and GStreamer. So basically it should be mostly the same as using a webcam. Right?
Is there anything ready made available? If not, would the gstcamerabin plugin be a good starting point? And how is the situation on Windows? Better? Worse? Looking forward for to all hints and tips!
