AFAIK since your distribution does not contain Qt5 libraries (yet) dh_shlibdeps can't help. You need to either package Qt5 yourself or do dh hacks. For the later solution I'm in doubt even it worth to give a try. So I'm with new packages of Qt5 + standard dh scripts.
