It wasn't going to happen for 5.0.x. For 5.1.0, we can do it.

I read in some blog date of 5.1.0 releasing is after two or three months
from now.
Please help out the releasing folks by joining the releas...@qt-project.org
mailing list. We at least need people to test the plugins and would greatly
appreciate if someone has pre-baked rules to install the PostgreSQL binaries
on Windows.
