I wonder what problems you've been running into... Although I haven't used many windows headers directly, I guess the c++ standard lib and certainly boost includes a lot of them and I haven't met any show stopping problems with -std=c++11. > > Thank you. I suppose Qt avoids using the standard library as it provides its own implementations of most if not all standard library functionality.
