Yes I'm aware of optimization issues and I prepared myself to encounter such problems.
I need to make sure that this particular problem is a matter of optimization, not a bug in Qt or binary incompatibility issue. I need someone to confirm using MySQL with Qt / MinGW on 64 bit system, or explain the exact cause of the problem.
