bugreports.qt-project.org is the preferred way to report bugs. Urgent matters surely can _also_ be reported on the mailing list or IRC, that would be qt-crea...@qt-project.org, and #qt-creator on FreeNode, respectively. but if it's not solved immediately it's lost.
