There newer has been a 4.8 SDK by the Qt Project. There is a plan to add 4.8 when we change to the online SDK. For now the focus in Qt Project is very much in finalizing 5.0.0. If you are a commercial Qt licensee, the existing 4.8 SDK continues to work and you get latest packages via it. Nokia still offers the Qt SDK for their devices, but it does not have the latest versions. You can get it from http://www.developer.nokia.com/Develop/Qt/Tools/.
