I told you last week, it's for the place of plugins, images, translations etc. It's not for the libraries linked to by the linker. The linker on Windows (as well as linux or Mac) has no clue about qt.conf. QtCore4.dll and the others are linked to the application on startup time. You have to place the Qt dll files in the same folder as your application binary. Or set the right lib environment variable.
