Time elapsed: 82.641s
vaapi with patches (kwin desktop effects OFF):
mplayer -vo vaapi -va vaapi -benchmark -nosound <file>
Time elapsed: 104.122s
The video lasts 86 seconds, so current vaapi implementation isn't
powerful enough to decode it, but we are going in the right direction!
