Close. But if you look a *bit* more closely you'll see that the original
message pointed to two different packages of m4 macros:
Upstream: util/macros and xserver
Debian: xutils-dev and xserver-xorg-dev
Fedora: xorg-x11-util-macros and xorg-x11-server-devel
Your change drops the documentation of the second package in each case.
