Hi Milo, welcome here on the translators' mailing list, and thank you for your contributions to Inkscape's translations so far!
The new Croatian po file is merged, and will be visible live on the inkscape.org website with the next code update that Martin pushes to the website, that contains your update to the settings file. Until then, please have a look at http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite and let us know if you have any questions regarding the things written there about translating and editing the website. I'll give you permission to edit when there are no open questions and as soon as the new language is available for editing. We also have a chat channel at https://chat.inkscape.org/channel/team_translation that can be used for quick questions and mutual support. (and I see Bryce has already tried to recruit you for the next task ;-)) Btw. reading your introduction, I wonder if you could help us with describing requirements for a CMYK/color managed workflow with Inkscape?
