Indeed, when I started to contribute in the Inkscape translation into Arabic I 
started a project on Transifex. Lately, I've received requests to add more 
languages to the project and now there are Arabic, Hindi, Armenian and Bengali. 
As you don't use an online platform I suggest you to own the project on 
Transifex so it could be the central site for translators just like Shotwell 
localization project on Transifex.
