Is Adam back yet?

I may have a small bit of free time around the end of May to do this
(what's the dates?). Of course, it'll have to be from the US.

I've been starting to work on some cleanup, and when I'm happy with
that, I'll get working on updating to 0.48.

I have a proposal (even if it's just you and I, Alexandre :) - let's
commit ourselves to a certain amount of work per time until the manual
is more fleshed out.

For example, I commit myself to either one new (or existing but not
nearly completed) chapter per week, or else 2 chapter updates/cleanups
per week. Hopefully this way we'll be able to knock out some great work
before the LGM and the 0.48 release.

Who's with me? Let's hear your pledges!

Try the new software tools for yourself. Speed compiling, find bugs
proactively, and fine-tune applications for parallel performance.
