The TeamMembership has joined/expired dates. Make sure those dates correspond to when the person was elected and resigned, respectively, then you should be able to identify team composition at a given point in time. This wouldn't handle people who join the board, left, then rejoined a second time, but so far no one has left/rejoined so we can ignore that. Fwiw, this would actually solve a (small) problem that's come up in the past - the Conservancy has asked about board membership in the past, and while I think they now have all the data themselves, the tool you've made would be a far more pleasant way to track it. > What we have right now is the details in the notes at the top.
