A request for legal/organisational input into a new flatpak hub.
Specifically asked for this to go to a non-development context which I
don't think comes across strongly in the below email.

Hi Martin,

I'm part of the team behind Flatpak and I'm also on the GNOME Foundation
Board.

Flatpak is currently entering a new phase, in which we are starting to
build an online platform for distributing Flatpak apps. Called Flathub, the
idea is to provide a central place where developers can submit their
applications and have them made available to users on all distributions and
desktops.

Flathub is in the early stages, and we are currently in the process of
making decisions about where it should be hosted and which organisation
should back it. We would very much like to have a range of stakeholders
from the open source world involved in making these decisions, and for it
not to be a GNOME-centric initiative.

Would anyone from Inkscape be interested in discussing this? We'd love to
have your input!

Best wishes,

Allan Day
