You might make some informal inquiries just in case Alex can't find a
suitable venue. But as Alex already has put in quite a bit of effort, I
wouldn't want to change places unless really necessary. I assume,
looking at a map, getting to Liverpool is about the same cost and time
as getting to Leeds. We could also investigate if the LGM hosts could
find us a place in London.
