I'm the admin for the User list on SF and I dug around a bit for banning and there two ways to go about restricting things. 1) Banning. There is an actual ban list for each mailing list. We currently have no people on the ban_list for the user mailing list. 2) Limiting participation. Allow someone to remain subscribed but set their posts to be moderated... which would be a pre-ban/probation step imho. Unfortunately, I didn't see any way to expunge archived messages, only attachments. This should definitely be a requirement of whatever we move to. Even if not outright deleted, it needs to be non-visible in public archives. Cheers, Josh
