This site seems reasonable. The only question I have, is how do we generate the list of voters. We don't have valid email addresses for many. Do we have a "registration" period where authors send us valid email addresses? I've written a perl script to extract out email addresses from the bzr log files but it the addresses need quite a bit of clean up and the list is far from complete.
