This put me more at ease personally, but there is kind of part of me that wants to ask is it possible to distill it down with a leading statement that says something to the effect of "For the protection of of SFC and the Project, if our relationship is to be terminated it needs to be inline with all related tax obligations and the public interest, which entails:" > I hope this helps.
