   Sorry for not voting on this topic yet. Took some time to collect my 
thoughts on it.

I agree with the budget; voting A.

(I do hope we will vote positive for increasing the Hackfest budget by, 
say, $1000, if the fund raising turns out a bit low for the amount of 
people that want to join)
