Michael, Consider processing the contents of the small files in the 'proc' sub-directory, but I'll quickly add that, at least in Cyrus 2.3, there appear to be many leftovers after the IMAP process itself has terminated. Since the 2.4 process housekeeping is supposedly a lot better, you may have more luck there.
