Here's what else we have in our config file: sievenotifier: mailto sieve_extensions: fileinto reject vacation imapflags notify envelope body relational regex subaddress copy Also, as people said - you need to have the right envelope sender, because that's what sieve is keying off. Finally, what's happening in your syslog files? There should be something from sieve about processing the message.
