rename folder problem with 2.4.4

I'm seeing issues with renaming a folder in version 2.4.4. The database shows that the folder has been renamed, however, the file system still shows the old name. I see the same issue when using Thunderbird, imtest or cyradmin to perform the rename.

An ls of the filesystem shows that the directory Testing still exists. If I try to execute a cyradm command against NotTesting, I get a system i/o error. I saw the same problem with 2.4.3, and upgraded to 2.4.4, and get the same results.
