HELP! We need Cyrus consulting technical assistance on our Cyrus 2.3.8 system.
The University of California Davis has 2 servers with about 29K users on one system and 23K on the other. The past few days we have seen our load go through the roof, timeouts to users, lot of problems. We have poked around with tweaking but don't seem to have found any relief. We are willing to pay for consulting time, need fast help from someone expert with large Cyrus installs. My office phone is 530-752-0279.
