I am looking for a way to locate a message in any folder. Of course I could examine all folders in turn for a given message id, but the way cyrus does duplicate elimination across folders suggests that there might be a more efficient way. Intended purpose: record message-id of certain mails outside of the mail store and retrieve them even if they have been moved to the wrong folder
