We've now fully updated our patchset against 2.3.8 and rolled it out to all our servers. As usual, the patches are available at:
http://cyrus.brong.fastmail.fm/ And there's now a .zip download link to make it that little bit easier to get them all. Also, the links have been updated to point into a /patches/ directory. Of interest: the sync_server unlink patch (accepted upstream) and support for a few new windows codepages so search for those users works.
