Heh, stock cyrus 2.1 message passing is *nothing* like what is in Debian.  I
believe cyrus 2.2 is quite similar, though, as it is based on the stuff that
I did for 2.1 and CMU upstream refined and integrated into 2.2.

The *idea* behind the patch would easily apply to any cyrus, though.
